Terms of Service

SupplyDivo offers custom printed Zippo lighters, apparel, and related products. As the Official Military Representative of Zippo Lighters, we provide genuine Zippo products with custom engraving and printing services.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

By submitting designs, logos, artwork, or other content for custom printing, you represent and warrant that:

• • You own or have the right to use and reproduce such content
• • The content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• • The content is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise illegal

We reserve the right to refuse any design that we believe violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

Our product catalog is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

For custom orders, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipping. For large or military orders, alternative payment terms may be arranged.

All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production time for custom orders varies depending on complexity, quantity, and current production schedule.

We ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. International shipping may be available for select clients; please contact us for details.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless products are received damaged or defective.

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographs of the damaged items before authorizing a return or replacement.

Zippo lighters are covered by Zippo's lifetime guarantee, which is handled directly through Zippo Manufacturing Company.
